hey man whats up? my name is Andrew and i have a question for you. my dad has a messed up back and he cant lift over like 25 pounds and he is allways saying that he feels over weight but he doesnt have a lot of strength any more and as he gets older he loses more strength. i was wondering if there is any thing he can do to improve on his situation. thanks for your time. have a good one.
