Well, I could say that your videos are focus on call centers and they are great because a lot of people would be interested to learn more about call centers. it would probably enlighten those people who believe that CSR is a the easiest job of all, .Duh! it's the toughest actually. and I am glad that your are sharing this videos so that others will learn more about it. yeah, il be watching them. thank you
