This is probably the fastest video I have ever made. It took one try, and finished in 4 minutes. Whoa.
Nega Joe was the first Nega edit by Kamekaze, and like Reject, I stalled too long on this one. Sakuya_K and Sakuya_K EX both fought it, but with little success, and I put it on hold until updated. Well, not anymore. His Hurricane Upper is either unblockable or barely blockable, same for the super one. Yikes. His cyclone level 3 is very very broken, as it does 90% life to most chars. Then there's "True Evil" mode, which is initiated with a long level 3, that gives him super armor, increased attack/defense, teleport, more supers, one being a SGS. Dammit, why? True Evil mode is broken enough.
BTW, I don't think he should be able to access True Evil mode right after he KO's someone ._.
Misamu is another KoF edit by Sang Kalaza, and not as filled with supers as Hotaru was. He has 3, but the blast and grab supers have 3 levels. The other, is a level 3 2K2UM style HSDM, with MASSIVE DAMAGE. I used it when he was low, but goddamn. It also looks like a giant ! for some reason. FX are once again pretty nice, but why does he have Shen Woo+some other voices? I know it's based off Wuwo's Wuwo, but damn, be consistent. It's pretty good.
