A kid doing Maths (Pure & Mechanics) at GCSE level could tell you what's so blatantly wrong with this 'anti-gravity' concept!

I'm not saying AG is impossible, but any system would still have to take into account conservation of momentum, the basic laws of motion, every action has an equal and opposite reaction, etc...

Nice try, but this form of 'levitation' is just a clever trick, like those bird statues that can hang on the edge of a table by just their beak because the tail is hollow & there is a heavy weight in the forehead to counterbalance it.

It will work, just use a powerful motor to rotate the masses faster, then it will be airborne. After aerodynamic resistence in 14-15 kilometer drops down, the machine will fly antigravity like a saucer.

P.S. Try to add some electrostatic field to strengthen it.
