Looks like it works pretty well, but the sled itself isn't balanced correctly. Too much swaying. Other than that it didn't seem to bounce up and down too much as you moved around. Are there any adjustments as far as weight goes or was it based on the weight of your particular camera?

Are you referring to the axle supporting the crane upright? If so we purchased it at a local industrial tool company. It is just a 1,250 lbs. trailer axle. Should be able to find one pretty much anywhere. Good luck!
