I dunno, as you level up you eventually start finding them on enemies. Honestly though, since arrow damage does not increase with stats, iron/steel are as good as deadric. What's 10-ish dmg out of 700?

On (all?) subarus clutch has to be all the way in regardless of gear, otherwise you can't start the car. I won't argue whether that's good/bad/safer/annoying, just the way it is.

The cars seem awfully slow... but Airport way is pretty bad to race on a rainy day depending on what side of the road you're on... although it looks like they're on the nicer side.

They're a group called IOSYS. I'm no expert on music in general but some googling found me info on their albums and also some torrents... buying their albums may be harder since they're japanese (i.e. importing).
It seems this song is on album #3 according to the wikipedia page.

I believe that's the sound from the A-10's gun itself. It's delayed with respect to the explosions because the rounds travel faster than the speed of sound, and the A-10 is high up in the air.
