The Eclips EX300 is a multipurpose workhorse, built for applications in forestry, oilfield, construction, agriculture, to name few. Powering the EX300 is a 300hp Cummins QSL tier III engine. Machine control is managed with Sauer-Danfoss PLUS+1™ Control system. Through an electric over hydraulic control the PLUS+1™ system manages engine and hydraulic horsepower to provide a true multi-functional control to all mobility and attachment systems.
The EX300 features a High and Live Flex-Track system. The hydrostatically driven Lohman high drive is located in the (Type 2) chassis. This combination of High and Live allows for the high drive system to manage only the forces required to maneuver the machine and the lower track undercarriage manages the static and running live weight of the machine.
The High and Live Flex-Trac system offers greater stability and mobility with the D.T.S (Dynamic Transfer Suspension) which dynamically transfers machine weight to each track frame as uneven terrain is encountered. This in combination with the Flex-Trac system allows minimal moving effort and maximum tractive effort as obstacles and terrain are encountered.
New and innovative,the E-clips E300T with Risley's Cutline Subsoiler head can mulch,Grind and chunk its way to a better enviromentaly suitable biomass.
Risleys rugged and reliable Eclips EX400 multi purpose carrier is powered by an 11 liter, Tier III Cummins engine; and walks with our high speed flex track, designed to ensure power, traction and floatation in steep and deep terrain. The Eclips is designed to work with major brands of mulchers and in ground grinders attachments as well as a multitude of other attatchments. Risleys Eclips EX400 boasts a long list of standard and convenient user friendly features; include the remarkably spacious and comfortable cab with its panoramic view, satellite ready stereo, air conditioning & heater, joy stick controls, and ergonomically designed seating ensures a safe and enjoyable shift.
Multi-Purpose Track Vehicle
This unique vehicle brings speed, durability, and versatility to the global marketplace with applications in the forestry, mining, oil & gas, construction and agricultural sectors. The vehicle incorporates Risleys patented suspension system and patent pending "Flex-Trac", a durable, flexible on/off road steel track system. All of the Eclips vehicles are designed to handle adverse terrain and ground conditions with the speed and versatility of wheeled machines due to its innovative polymer encapsulated torsional track system. The durable steel track allows for inherited torsional stress to be evenly transferred through each link over the entire length of the track.
In addition the Flex-Trac patented design, the EZ200 and EX400 also feature Risleys patented Dynamic Oscillating Suspension designed to distribute the machine load between the front and rear axles and provide a soft-ride and unequaled machine stability. This system allows the vehicles to float in almost all ground conditions.
