I FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS BUT when i want to restore and i click to iPhone1,1_1.1.4_4A102_Restore then exctract but when finished to extract there is a message saying n THE IPHONE COULD NOT BE RESTORED. AN UNKNOW ERROR OCURRED(20)

I HAVE IPHONE 8GB AND I DON;T KNOW WHAT TO DO

I got this error while trying to restore with 1.1.4

The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (5).

Any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated.

How do i know what firmware i need...or do we all need the one thats on your video...for some reaso my iphone dosent let me do the unlocking it takes hours on the ziphon that i just stop it..is it supposed to take this long?
