Since these guys claim they check the content for virus and fakes which in other words mean they are exercising control over the content which wipe away their safe heaven status of the DMCA in a blink of an eye.

So if FBI does not arrest them for commercial gain copyrightinfringement that means they either do offer only public domain creative commons and such a like files or they are in with the MAFIAA.

So they can do that to bust only the subscribers that want to infringe copyrights by using the services by that Company!
