Abu Bilal Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri was born in kutyana,india in the 1950s. His father Abdul Rahman (rehmatullah alayh) was a very pious and religious person. Ameer-e-AhleSunnat's father migrated to sindh, pakistan when many muslims were facing trouble in india. They stayed for a little while in sindh and then moved to Karachi.
