Resident Council of Spring Terrace is a neighborhood and tenant association founded by and for Spring Terrace residents in 2006. All residents of Spring Terrace are eligible to join and are automatically enrolled as members of the Association.

We are charged with helping to improve the quality of life for residents and the community, empower residents in becoming involved with managing and protecting their home through our strength in numbers, and assist the building's resident services in planning, organizing, and hosting resident and community events.

Resident Council of Spring Terrace is a member of Austin Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, Austin Neighborhoods Council, and St. John Neighborhood Association.
