During an Education and the Workforce Committee with Health and Human Services Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, Rep. Bucshon urged the Obama Administration to repeal the medical device tax. Companies in Indiana have already scrapped plans for expansion here in the state citing the 2.3% medical device tax levied by ObamaCare.
