During the summer of 2008 Reel Change brought together six exciting courses to produce, promote and exhibit a ground-breaking documentary made entirely by young people, focusing on young peoples priorities for change in youth provision, following the announcement of the £79m London Youth Offer. Reel Change film and TV students made the documentary you can see on this website, young journalists and web administrators created social networking pages to tell the world about it and trainee event managers managed to get bums on seats for the final show at the Channel 4 head offices.
