Due to ridiculous protectionistic soulless behaviour of Warner Music my video of "Bellagio Water Show - Elvis Presley - Viva Las Vegas" (a home cam video featuring poor audio quality) has been subjected to a copyright slap 02/02/2009. This seems odd when you consider the fact that there are plenty of other Bellagio clips with Elvis Presley some even pre-date the ban in fact one user had the cheek to copy mine and claim it as his. Furthermore Warner Music YOU DO NOT OWN the visual content of my video clip I DO, YouTube should have only disabled the audio as it does with other clips.
While I totally agree with the banning of copyrighted music videos I think raping people's holiday movies which could never had been used for profit making purposes is simply wrong.

If anyone has an issue with videos on my page I would be more than happy to co-operate to resolve such matters.

Anyway I would like to take this opportunity to thanks everyone who visits my page, left comments or embedded my stuff I really appreciate it. :)
