World News Briefs; Dalai Lama Group Says It Got Money From C.I.A.
Dalai Lama's administration acknowledged today that it received $1.7 million a year in the 1960's from the Central Intelligence Agency, but denied reports that the Tibetan leader benefited personally from an annual subsidy of $180,000.

It would be good to hear more from inside Tibet, as the comments you read lead one to doubt if there is actually a problem in Tibet at all OR if its just a problem with the Dalai Lama wanting to get back to Tibet that's fuelling the world frenzy. It all seams a bit streaky to me -- we must not become consumed or frazzled.

A video that shows chinese ccp wokers giving money to people, including school children. Then making those people put the money into a charity for the Earthquake victims. It seems like a public relations stunt by the ccp because it was all filmed.
