My favorite latest movies are: Idiocracy, The Mist, Kung Fu Hustle, Grandma's Boy(I know it's like 3 years old)...not really too many new movies I like. But for older movies, Friday, Breakfast Club, Back to the Future, Platoon, Full Metal Jacket, Only The Strong, Trading Places, Crouching Tiger, Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead(fuck off I grew up in the 80's and 90's lol), Bronx Tale, Menace to Society, Supercop, Robocop, and all the ol skool scary movies like Friday the 13th, Freddy Kruger, Michael Myers etc. Too many movies to name.

Afro-Beat, Jazz, Funk, Soul, Salsa, Hip Hop(not what u hear today, no crunk, club, or bubble gum rap), some Rock(like Smashing Pumpkins/Coldplay type bands), and Reggae of course.

Anything that expands my knowledge. I love to read, but I'm not really into fictional stories.
