I like trying something new. So for this AMV there is a story. It's a strange story, but a story nonetheless. Most of the story came from the fact that even though I own all 104 episodes of the first two seasons and all four movies (in Japanese), I just couldn't find enough clips to support a solely Tk/Kari amv. So...

The Story:

Kari always looked up to her older brother but he had to leave and was rarely ever around when she was growing up. Despite that, Kari always wanted to meet a guy like Tai... Instead she meets TK (obviously) but instead of dating him, she ended up dating Ken (just bare with me...)

Ken was an emotional wreak and kind of possessive of Kari. They ended up breaking up and Kari went back to TK. But she kept in contact with Ken and whenever he needed anything, Kari went running. Because of that TK treated Kari a bit badly mostly because he was jealous.

Enter Davis, in which Kari really sees her brother Tai. But after Ken and TK (oh, and Tai) she's afraid of getting hurt again and so she pushes him away. Davis figures this out and springs into action. All sorts of fights break out between the three guys (though Davis is a bit more friendly with Ken than TK is).

Thankfully TK finally talks to his older brother and Matt goes to talk/beat some sense into Tai. Tai pulls himself together and goes back to being with Kari. At first she's all clingy but as Davis backs off and Ken gets happier and starts going out with Davis, she's finally willing to go out with TK. Tai and Matt go back to being best buds and Davis is all proud of himself for making Kari happy.
