Whats up man i didnt get the attached video but thats cool. if a cop sees you doing it he can arrest you but only if he sees you doing it. If u do get arrested the cop will say that you are going to be charged with every thing that youve done. but once you get to court you can argue & they have no way of proving that you did everything.
