About Me:
On February 21, 2008 Rachel Elliott was killed by an [alleged] drunk driver at age 18.
Rachel was attending her first year of college on a partial scholarship as she graduated last year from Orland high school with honors. She was full of life, love, dreams and aspirations. She touched the lives of so many. She was truly a bright light. We will all miss her.

Thank you for putting up these videos of Rachels memorial. I did not hear about her passing until afterwards so hearing that others loved Rachel as much as well everyone does gives me so peace of mind. God bless Rachel's family and i'll pray for you.
