Quickenonline does not supported their users. My bank account was updated within Quickenonline, and kept current up to a point; then the bank account would no longer update. Quickenonline support has ignored all of my requests for help, and also ignored all feedback I have left them. Basically this means I can't use their service at all.

I think it is a great way to leverage video sharing sites to put product information on them. I am interested in using quicken so the videos were somewhat helpful.

I think it would be great if you added tutorials and other information to help potential customers make up their mind.
