I dont have any of the 3 ED; Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa or Compulsive Overeating. But, I did try to catch Anorexia and im slowly starting to try again. Its just so hard! Like, when you open a fridge, you're supposed to get something to eat, but when i open the fridge, i look around close it and repeat after 5 minutes. And then I really feel how hungry i am, but i still doesnt take anything from the fridge!
