Hello dear friends,

I just wanted to make clear that I (Queixoso) am not the man in the videos.

The man in the videos is called Hans "Enke" Zentgraf, a well know teacher, chamber musician and soloist; and the direct link to his webpage (with contact info) can be found on the description of the videos.

Im glad to help the young cellists by sharing those videos; but all the credits for those amazing lessons should be directed to the artist (not to me ;-) )

Cheers,
Queixoso

Ah, Mr. Zentgraf has helped me very much. I have played the Cello for 6 years in community orchestras - without no real teacher - and now I can finally progress with the instrument. Thank you for the videos.

Thanks for sharing! And it is the greatest cello tutorials online I have ever seen. These lessons make me to play cello again that I quitted for 4years. How could I forget the one of the most wonderful sound on earth?

It is a shame that someone doesn't have an equally amazing violin series such as these cello videos.

Thank you for sharing. I have always loved the sound of the cello. I love the intimacy that is involved with you and the instrument. I live in an area where there just are no instructors for more miles than I care to travel and none will make such a trip at a price that I can afford. It has been slow going trying to figure this out for myself and Mr. Zentgraf has explained it in a way that makes it almost easy. Thank you and Mr. Zentgraf. I will be following him to his site. Thanks again.

I played violin for 10 years and always felt deep down that i'd feel more connected with the cello. yesterday my boyfriend rented me a cello and this morning i've used these videos to get an understanding of the basics and already feel pretty comfortable! i think my suspicions about my love for the cello appear to be correct ;) these are great lessons and it's so nice to have this many videos in one place, thank you.
