Qataghan is a branch of Uzbek tribe living North East of Afghanistan (Baghlan, Kundoz Takhar, Badakhshan). Even the four mentioned provinces in the North Eastern Afghanistan are being called Qataghanzamin. Qataghan ,ofcourse, has its own music and culture. Qataghan cluture is obviously seen among other ethnic groups in Afghanistan and its music is so famous that almost all Afghan and Afghanistani singers steal the composes of local Qataghanies and publish them as if they are thier own such as Farhad Darya,Wahid Qasemi and etc without paying a penny or cent to the real composers which is ethically unaccepted and believed stolen. Most of Qataghans inhabitants are Uzbeks or other Turkic origins, however, other small minorities have been brought to live there by the previous and present governments which is done against the will of Qataghanis to prevent any possible upprising by the brave Qataghanis and considered illegal internationally.

I am a true son of Qataghan and a real fighter of its people. I want a fedral democracy be established in Afghanistan soon and Qataghan becomes a seperate state same as Turkistan. I believe the only way out of problems in Afghanistan is a federal government in the country. If not, I don't see a bright future even no future for a country which has been established after a tribal name Afghan ( the Pashtons ) whose leaders have made terrible mistakes and still making to derive people from the real meaning of democracy and mis using it for thier own tribes interests. Afghan leaders' mistakes in the past and now which includes ethnic cleansing, mass murders, human rights violation, democracy rights violation, priorities for Pashtons, misleading people, misusing government powers and .....etc and .....etc have caused and causing and will cause the problems in the country. Since, there is no guarantee of not doing these mistakes again, therefor, We NEED a FEDRAL GOVERNMENT in AFghanistan from which every body in the country will benift.
