Hi, I'm Tommy. My Project Katrina YouTube channel is my effort to keep a historical record of Katrina and its aftermath. I also main a corresponding blog (URL below) by the same name. There you'll find posts about general news, government procurement, the rebuilding of the levees, links to government reports, book reviews, and local politics.
