To train your dog to ring a bell when she needs to go out, you simply ring the bell every time before you walk her. She should soon start realizing she gets to go for a walk every time the bell rings and will start ringing it herself.

Hello Zak...i have a request!!
I own a litle Cairn Terrier X Maltese, She's very bright (but doesn't everyone say that about thier own dog!) I have taught her alot of the tricks from your videos and shes handling them well...but i'm having trouble 'Toilet Training' her when she's in the apartment...outside is NO problem but she just won't go to her box when she's inside, i think because she doesn't like standing in her own wee (who can blame her) i saw once a dog who rang a litttle bell hanging next to the front door to let his owners know he needed to go outside, i'm sure, POSITIVE my Nelly could learn this, how can i train it? I have some of my own videos up of Nelly doing her tricks, feel free to check them out, they are really just on here to show my family...

I just got a rottweiler puppy and she's doing great at basic training, no problem there. But we have orchids lining the about 80% of our fence, and I understand that she's real curious about the plants, but how do I train her to keep off them? And also, what do you think about raw diets?

I think some dogs can understand alot of our expressions. Is it actual words, the tone, body language, or a combination? I don't know but I believe it.

I watch your show every morning I have a shih tzu that I thought was untrainable lol I have in the last three weeks trained her to sit dance roll over and tell the difference between two of her toys. and she is also completly potty trained now the more she learns the more she seems to learn faster thanks Zak
