here a couple of things
- it's 549/month. gas and electric is not included, it usually comes out less than 40/month for both.
- there will also be an activity fee of 275 which includes access to the pool, jacuzzi, tanning beds, gym, computer lab, game room, bus pass, and parking.
- you get your own room and your very own bath room.
- the laundry units are in the apartment.
- closet doors are mirrors
- a 6-drawer dresser
- an XL full size bed
- full kitchen.
- located on the 2nd floor
- quiet neighborhood (relatively, compared to downtown)
- You'll also be right across the street from walmart. A bunch of other places are in walking distance as well, such as staples, best buy, mcdonalds, wendy's, and a bunch of other eatery places.
- There is only one other girl who lives in this apartment. She's really nice. She's Caucasian from Maryland. She's a junior (like me) and is a management major at Smeal College of Business at Penn State. I think she usually likes to keep to herself, but she's very friendly.
some things you might want to purchase if you don't have it already
- bedding ( xl full size)
- shower curtain with rings
- ethernet cable if you don't already have one
- kitchen stuff like plates and bowls, pots and pans (my roommate has a lot of utensils, but i'm not sure if she'll let you use it...)
- a tv if you want
- maybe even an extra lamp... the lights here aren't very bright. but the bathroom one is.
- any cleaning supplies might be a good idea
- bed risers if you want...
- laundry detergent to wash your clothes
