I was wondering if you could [one day...] make a video about Suryanamaskara [especially the one version "in apnea"] and Pranayama. I noticed I'm not that good in breathing exercises and in holding air in during the Sun Salutation. I'd love to extend my lungs' air capacity. Oh well.
