ChrisVistaAssn: Why would the RC have to have the same boot screen as the Beta? The Beta is Build 7000. The RC is Build 7100. Rest assured that I downloaded a valid copy of the ISO from Microsoft Connect (I'm a technical beta tester)

How can your video of the 7 RC, it doesn't even have the same boot screen, as previous beta releases, I don't think you have the real RC.
