This month's Demon Drill was a collaborative effort between Ryan Ford, Chris Salvato, Steven Low, and Matt Marshall. The athletic skill standards are progressions, numbers, and exercises to focus on in order to improve in Parkour and Freerunning. Countless hours of brainstorming, testing, and research were put into developing these standards in order to help people train more effectively.
