2009 University Battle of Alberta Chess Tournament was held on January 17-18 in Calgary chess club (http://www.calgarychess.com/) between members of three university clubs; University of Alberta, University of Calgary, and University of Lethbridge. There were also members of Calgary Junior Chess and Calgary Chess club.
