While I don't disagree with the analogy of depression and how it can whip one around, I disagree with what is going on in the video. My take is a bit more literal. This is a video of what is happening in Corey's mind's eye - a world he created, which now has this beautiful dead woman (representing both his infatuation and her rejection). Yet despite his best attempts to breath life in to her (the wind), and make her a living part of it, it is not meant to be.
And one more thing... Its so true! People are definitely in the search for transformation and experience.
Nice interview. Pardon my naivete, but is this book geared for those new to customer centric models? I'm aware of ODI, VOC, and ethnography methodologies to gain customer insights. Perhaps this is a call to c-suite types who need to champion growth strategies?
