what a loser.
a public park is paid for by public money - ie, tax dollars. that gives all of us a say in its use.
YT, on the other hand, is paid for by private money, and is owned, privately.
It's no different than say, Barnes and Nobles. They have a little stage in many of their stores. Customers often use them. But if they ask you not to, you pretty much need to stop, or the cops are gonna carry you out.
Just because "the public" uses it, doesn't make it "public" in terms of ownership.
