I am Chris White's little sister. I am doing everything in my power to get the word out on the injustices that has taken place in my family. There are more holes in the wrongful conviction of Chris White then there are in the chain link fence he now lives behind. It started with the Child Protective Services and continued in the Family Court System and Ended in the Criminal Court Room. The girls were kidnapped from school with out a court order and placed in 7 different foster homes. They were beautiful girls with brown hair and brown eyes and could easily be adopted out for federal funding and that is EXACTLY what happen. The state of Arkansas received well over $100,000 dollars off of these girls. Doctors, Lawyers, CaseWorkers, Judges, Foster Parents, all made their money off the expense of the tax paying people of Arkansas and it NEVER had to happen. Help in the FIGHT!!

sadly but true to say we lost ours we did everything cps wanted us do do and we still wasnt good enough then we went to court last time the verdict was bad but said we coulod appeal it so our lawyer said he didnt do appeals so requested the judge for a court appointed attorney and the old lawyer we had would still stand behind us so i called every week day and asked does the judge a me a lawyer yet she kept saying no so on the 29 day she appointed us one well she didnt get trascrips tell 4:30 that day so had to do next day wich was the 30th day then had to mail to us we didnt get it tell the 31st day then it was to late We lost our kids so ive wrote senates repersenatives conngress govenor and prisedent and they say it is out of there jurisdiction and cant get involved so what do we do anyone know this happened in 1009 in Oklahoma please feel free to mail me or comment on my site sweets1988 thanks and God bless

court monday... ahh!

and I found out yesterday that my GAL told the judge that she didnt think it was a good idea if any of us kids saw my dad because i'm traumatized and don't want to. since day 1 I've repeatedly said that he didn't do anything and I really want to be able to see him.

what should i do? they wont listen to me!
