- No illegal hacks (like 999 stats)
- I'll allow hacks on Pokemon that aren't above the 510 Effort Value (EV) range and is within the 31 Individual Value (IV) range.
- Pokemon like 'Ubers' are allowed in my battles because Pokemon are Pokemon and they should be accepted in battles no matter who they are.
