Really bad arguments against gay marriage. If other people who oppose same sex marriage have the same weak argumentation, it will be very easy to argue against these people. Let people live the lives they choose to live, not what you want to force them to live. And how someone elses marriage can hurt your marriage is just not up for argument, it does not hurt your marriage.
The US Constitution supports freedom and equality for ALL of its citizens. This includes gay, lesbian, bi, etc etc etc. So unless you are suggesting that we completely change the basis for our country's constitution, why shouldn't EVERYONE in this country have a right to marriage? Furthermore, God has absolutely nothing to do with our country's laws and rights, so why should your vision of God affect marriage rights in this country?
The United States is not a theocracy. This will be a federal issue that the courts will eventually decide. States passed segregation laws in the 1960's and all it did was accelerate the civil rights movement. Keep up the rhetoric. You are helping to accelerate your ultimate defeat.
And Who voted for your marrage? I don't get it, if there hasn't any clear definition all this time, how has marage survied at all then? Just when I thought this state (WV) couldn't be any more backwards. Wake up people.
