Anthony Caporale has been a professional Bar Instructor and Bar Chef for over 15 years, and is a proud member of the Guild of Sommeliers. He has trained hundreds of servers, and prepared hundreds of thousands of drinks. His unique approach teaches you the bar from both sides -- as a customer in front of the bar, you'll learn the correct way to order drinks, their history, and the differences between each type of liquor. He is also a ServSafe Alcohol Instructor, a certified Food Manager, and a TIPs Trainer for responsible alcohol service. Anthony designed and managed the terrifically-successful Green Room Lounge at the John W. Engeman Theater in New York, was the opening General Manager of Flip, the newest restaurant in Bloomingdale's flagship New York store, and is currently the GM of Forty Eight, the hottest new cocktail lounge in New York City's Rockefeller Center.
