It changed the way I viewed a lot of things. For the first time, sitting on Council [with mayor Ashe], I really felt I was in the presence of evil. I had disagreed with people on many occasions and felt strongly about many things, but I never ever had felt something I could describe as the presence of evil." —Knoxville councilmember Carlene Malone, Metro Pulse, "Malone Alone", December 13, 2001 "It is extremely easy to beat this type of ticket in court. Your easiest defense is to simply throw the ticket away. What the legal system wants you to do is just send in the fine and not ask any questions. This can be a big money maker for some communities. GET THIS PROGRAM NOW Well, this is a plasma backgroun... more http://tinyurl.co... GET THIS PROGRAM NOW Well, this is a plasma background for Lua. Made entirely from scratch. Most everything involved with the color of the background/box/text is random. Each value for the RGB color-thingy is incremented by a random number. Once it reaches the max of 255 (or above), it then decreases at a different random number. After it reaches the minimum of 0 (or below), it changes the direction and starts to go up again, which in turn starts the whole process again. Please also note that the random numbers are re-generated every Vblank, or 1/60th of a second. Even though I did not demonstrate this, by pressing D (or Square on the PSP) you can toggle the direction the Red value is traveling. Same goes for E (Triangle on the PSP) and F (Circle on the PSP). So, the controls are as follows: PC = PSP = function D = Square = Toggle Red Direction E = Triangle = Toggle Green F = Circle = Toggle Blue Q = L = Increase Speed (lowers time delay between redraw of screen) W = R = Decrease Speed (increases time delay) Up, down, left and right = Move Box around A = Select = Toggle modes (Background and Box modes) If you hit Q, W and C (L, R and Cross) at the same time, it will exit the program. This is extremely useful if you are using Lowser on the PSP. If you have questions, comments, concerns, hate mail, or if you want a copy of this program, please let me know and I'll E-mail it. GET THIS PROGRAM NOW Technical Specifications 1) Full-... more http://tinyurl.co... GET THIS PROGRAM NOW Technical Specifications 1) Full-automatic grass mowing by microcomputer processor 2) Drive insects away by ultrasonic radar 3) Intelligent moving function Intelligently adjust moving speed according to lawn density, namely reduce moving speed in the areas with sparse grass and increase moving speed in the areas with dense grass and spiraling outwards in the areas with very dense grass. In such a way, the service lifetime of grass mowing electric motor and batteries can be ensured, furthermore, grass mowing efficiency can be increased and the service lifetime of machine electric circuits can be greatly extended. 4) Collision sensor There are collision sensors in front of the IMOWER.When it hits any obstacles, such as a tree or rock, it just reverses safely and selects a new direction before continuing 5)Rain sensors When it gets raining, it will find its own way back to the charging station. 6) Automatic charging IMOWER returns to the charging station when it senses its battery is almost empty. After being charged, it can continue operation according to preset procedure. It will stops in the charging station after it worked for three times and finished the third time charging. If you want it to continue working, you have to start it again. 7) Cutting height adjustment The cutting height is easily adjusted by turning the knob at the top of the mower, no need to touching the wet grassy mowing parts. 8) Blade safety control When people or animal comes closer, IMOWER can automatically stops the blade, and reverses safely and then turn to another direction. The blade will also stop as soon as it was lift up from the ground by any sides. 9) Remote control Realize startup/closedown of the mower, control the direction, force it to go back to the charging station etc by means of the instruction of remote controller. 10)Theft protection systems The mower has Dual-boot function. It could not be started without the remote control. The buzzer in the machine will alarm suppose it was forced taken away by unauthorized person when it was working or charging. 11) Charging base contains electronic fence Before IMOWER can get to work, you will need to simply staple a electronic fence wire to the perimeter of the lawn. This wire can be sensed by the mower and will ensure that only this area of grass is cut. Once the wire has no power, IMOWER will stop at once, this can prevent it leaving the assigned range. Mowers function parameters; Cutting speed: 21meters/minute Cutting height: 2.5cm—6.5cm Advised cutting scope: 500㎡ Largest coverage: 3500㎡ (the largest scope which could be controlled by the procedure) Average coverage: 127㎡/hour (Example: cutting 254mm green land cost two hours) Machine size: 650*550*280(mm) Package size:752*565*310(mm) Weight: 8.3kgs (not include the weight of the battery) Cutting power: 100W Maximum slop:40 degrees Noise: 65-69dBA power supply supports 110-240V electric outlets batteries: Li-ion battery or Lead-acid battery. less |

GET THIS PROGRAM NOW This little demo shows how I fix my animation shots that I film that don't end up having the timing that I had hoped for. Ideally, shots should be well planned ahead of filming such that these techniques are unnecessary. But when I don't care enough about a project to take the extra time to draw up an Exposure Sheet, or if I just unable to correctly plan out the timing of complicated movements I intend to animate, this Frame Manipulation technique can work wonders. This example clip from my Avatar project is an example of animating something before I was sure of how fast Aang should stand up, how fast can he reach his staff, and how fast he should deliver it down onto the snow. You can tell from the BEFORE portion of the video that I intentionally animated the shots with movements that I realized were probably a little too small to produce motion as fast as I'd probably want in the final version of the shot. (Look how slowly Aang gets up, gets to his staff, and how slowly he swings it.) This technique works well as speeding up shots that are too slow (too many frames, too small motion between frames) to produce the faster desired speed. The results look less appealing when this method is used to slow down a shot that looks to fast as filmed because you don't have the in-between images you need to create a smooth flowing motion. So in general, if you want to use this technique and you're not sure about how fast to film something, err on the side of filming it too slow (motions smaller than needed). I usually think I'm filming for 15 FPS (frames per second) playback. So when I start manipulating a sequence of frames, I import all my filmed images into MonkeyJam "hold 2", and set Monkey Jam to 30 FPS (hold 2 at 30 FPS looks like 15 FPS when played back). From there, export a test AVI to check the speed of everything. (MonkeyJam's internal movie preview feature bogs down a little on my PC when the FPS is set so high, works better at 15 and 12 FPS.) Now for any motions that are too slow, I can go into those specific sequence of frames and take out a frame here and there (only 1 frame per each image, leaving at least 1 of every image still in the sequence.) If I reduce every frame in that section to "hold 1", I've essentially doubled the speed of the motion because now that motion is playing back at 30 FPS. If I don't take out 1 of every frame, I'll end up with a speed somewhere between 15 and 30 FPS. (see post#18 in this thread for details: ) If the motion is still not fast enough at 30 FPS, now you can start removing some intermediate images entirely from the sequence. You can see now why it's better to have too many images than not enough. You can always take images out, you can't insert images that you never filmed. To use the technique to slow an motion down, you will increase the "hold" on some images of the motion. Increasing all the holds from 2 to 3 essentially takes the animation down from 15 to 10 FPS. The danger here is that once you get below 12 or 15 FPS, motions can start looking jerky. That's why it's always better to take too many images, have sequnce that's too slow, because slowing down a motion of not enough frames quickly can start looking really choppy. Another thing you can do when manipulating frames like this in MonkeyJam is that you can re-order frames. In this example clip, I originally filmed Sokka and Katara just flipping Aang over first try. But in MonkeyJam, I had the idea of using some of the images more than once to produce the first failed and second successful flip Aang attempts. I wish I'd thought of that before or during filming, but I think the manipulated version of this is sufficiently believable. This re-ordering of frames becomes more complicated and sometimes impossible if you have more than one thing moving at the same time. For instance, notice the boat in this clip on the bottom right as it's drifting away. During the manipulated Aang flips, you'll note that it briefly starts drifting back in. In this case, I think it's not noticable enough to worry about, but it illustrates how more complicated animation of multiple objects can hinder order manipulation. To end, let me go back and remind anyone reading this far that the goal of becoming a good animator means you'll need to use this technique less and less as you get better at animating and (more importantly) planning your animation timing before you start filming. Filming a correctly timed sequence means you can skip this manipulation step entirely and get on with making your film. less |
