WEIGHT LOSS

I lost 3 stone / 42lbs 5 years ago.
I went from 247lbs to 205lbs.
I gained 27lbs back over a 4-year period, ending up at 232lbs at the beginning of May 2009.
I then made the decision to change my life. When I joined YouTube May 13th 09, I weighed 228.2lbs.

TRYING TO CONCEIVE

I have PCOS - Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.
I am Insulin Resistant.
I have long cycles and don't ovulate by myself, but I'm hoping weight loss will help that.
I have had 4 miscarriages.
1994 / 1996 / 2005 / 2009
I've done 9 months on Metformin - and ended up in hospital - long story.
I've done 3 cycles on clomid so far and am starting round #4 October 16th 2009.
