Guys have the same issues especially minorities like myself as I am Native. It is has my goal in life to break through the barriers and show the world that Native people are intelligent, attractive, hard-working, talented and inspirational people.  I want to always represent myself in that way and to encourage all others to do the same. Good for you for challenging people to believe in themselves...awesome video!
