I saw two reports now on the History Channel & Discovery Channel that these chemtrails, which last all day long instead of a 30 second contrail, are connected to H.A.R.P., which is a secret government installation in Alaska, which works in conjunction with some sight yet unknown in New Mexico. Hurricane Katrina was mentioned on these TV documentaries as a test of the system and as we saw, those were the results. Part of the proof is the following year, not a single hurricane made land fall which almost proves the point that this weapon of weather work extrodinarily well. God knows where this will lead us to.
