"The electronic devices, the hi-fi and TV, are a common highway passing through all the houses in America, and there is no resistance to it. Privacy, which means the possibility of having a different life from what is most popular, disappears"

-- Allan Bloom (1988)

perhaps in these wild and ill-regulated days of early YouTube we can buck the trend Bloom despairs of

Without the wish to cause any panic: But this fantastic accumulation of precious things plus the growing popularity may very soon attract the copy-right blood hounds lurking the net! It would be wise to upload the various masterworks on separate channels so that not all will be lost with one blow! I am referring to things like the Aeschylus, Shakespeare or Moliere plays...

If a person were so inclined it is possible to find any and all Hollywood garbage available to download on the internet for free... however if a person were wanting an audio copy of, say a Simon Russel Beale performance as Leontes, it is after hours of searching IMPOSSIBLE to find anything EVEN FOR SALE!
(any thoughts?)
