He could help the oil recovery process by encouraging the SEC to allow oil companies to list oil sands on their balance sheets.The entire northern tier of PA is loaded with gas and oil. Where was oil 1st discovered in North America? What changed the world more? Southeastern PA has oil 10,000 feet down. Our moronic governor is creating 10/hr "hospitality" jobs. Where was the 1st electronic computer (U of P ENIAC)? Where was the transistor mass produced (Allentown Western electric)? No, no we will not have any of that high tech, we need servers and dealers.
