Please allow embedding of your videos. If you keep Embedding Disabled, you're just encouraging others to upload your ESPN content. At least allow embedding on videos where the content is related to the work of a non-profit group. By disallowing embedding, you're not letting as many people spread the word. Posting a link in a blog is something many people will not do. But posting the whole video they will... and the non-profit ESPN is talking about can potentially benefit. How sweet would that be?
