Path to 9/11 has been much-maligned due to a brouhaha over how much blame it allotted the Clinton administration. As you shall see, it is not about blame at all, but about the course of action before you. If it ever becomes commercially available, I will take the film down from YouTube and buy a copy, but the prospect of that looks dim at the moment.
