1. listing fee
2. final value fee (eBay's commision)
3. the percentage that PayPal (eBay) takes from your payment received.

Recent Outrage: They are holding funds for 21 DAYS which caused my acct to overdraw when I tried to transfer the funds. The complaint boards are flooded and I hear there is a class action lawsuit in the works.

eBay Pirate, please make a video about the potential scam I see coming May 2009. As I see it, buyers have only until April 2009 to buy from eBay relatively safely. Starting in May 2009 there will be no way to trust a seller. You see, eBay changed the rules back in May 2008 so that only the sellers could get negative feedback (by default, only buyers are guaranteed to be 100% positive). I predict some eBayers will surface with a 100% eBay reputation and start quickly scamming money because of the false reputation established. Lesson, please check the reputation of the eBayer's selling history before buying anything. Argh matey! -- M.C.
