My name is Brian Howes and my Wife and I have been persecuted by Middlesbrough and Cleveland Police for years. We have four Girls Leela aged 2 Ellie 5 Bethaney 9 and Denni aged 11 and a baby on the way. I also have two children from a previous relationship in England Ryan and Jessica Howes. We have lived in Scotland since March 2005 hoping to get away from the constant persecution from Cleveland Police. Apart from the obvious stresses of my wife and I being falsely imprisoned for 214 days on Jan 30th 2007 to August 31st 2007 without charge or evidence and the harm it did to my children and wife, we are still a happy family but If Extradited we will have nothing to live for and our children would be put into care and the youngest adopted.

I am ages 45 and come from Middlesbrough in Cleveland England. I have lived in Scotland since the beginning of 2005 with my partner and wife to be Kerry-Ann Shanks and our four gorgeous children. We moved here because my partner is from Scotland and had some family here. We live in a little town called Bo'ness and the schools here are really nice and the girls enjoy it. I have always been employed until my partners and my illegal arrest and imprisonment in January. We are now fighting for our lives against an unfair extradition act that allows extradition without evidence of any kind. We have broken no laws here or abroad yet we may spend many years in a US prison.
