There actually isn't a "right" way to do 1-handed pushups. Some recommend doing it my way as the better balance places less strain on the shoulder joint, an area that if injured can hamper the athletic careers of swimmers, football players, etc.

Yes, I did make it easier for myself by balancing my weight on widely spread legs instead of legs in a normal pushup position :P

Evolution is pure racism. They are stating that monkeys slowly became more human-like to become black-people. Then they evolved into "more advanced" forms and eventually became white-people (conveniently).

Even human/racial issues aside, evolution can't realyl explain how life began. If we were to go back in time to the "ancester cell" where did IT come from...? Even Jay Gould admitted this was impossible to explain and I wouldn't know all this unless I studied evolution, lol.
