Countdown of the 30 Best SNES Songs!

I'm a huge SNES fan and I firmly believe that some of the greatest video games ever made were for that system. A big reason why they were so amazing is because of the music, which in my opinion was the best ever. Over the next couple of weeks I'll be posting my absolute favorite SNES tracks. Admittedly, I have not extensively played every single SNES game out there so some of your favorite songs may be missing, but remember this is just my opinion!

Like all of this is stuff I grew up with. I love this crap. It's amazing. After all, where would VG music be without games like Mario, Chrono Trigger, or Final Fantasy.

Great collection mate. Although music (even game music!) is personal a lot of time, you choose some excellent tracks. Then again, i played SoM and FF6 (or 3 rather) lots. However, some tunes you left out that should have a spot: Castlevania IV Bloody tears (there's an excellent remix of this as well), SF2 tunes of Balrog and Vega, and Demon's Crest. Also, the tune Big Blue from F-Zero is pretty nice.

I'm actually surprised Donkey Kong Country 1+2 wasnt on very much on this channel. My favorite gaming series of all time (Which for some reason is very strange to some people). I thought it had a beautiful soundtrack.

Oh well. You still have a great line-up of SNES songs that I love.
