Colas) is a 35-year-old African American rapper, hip hop artist, martial arts practitioner, teacher, and filmmaker who has produced two films of a trilogy around the theme of Kung Fu culture intertwined with Hip Hop culture. He is also a television journalist and music producer. His most recent album, The Organic Equation, touches on themes such as ancestral roots, meditation and social change.
