Marc Emery is NOT FIGHTING to stay in Canada; he is making it look like that while making backroom deals with the DEA. Has he claimed immunity from extradition? No? Why not? Must be because as a politician he needs the populace to see him as a hero and not the sell out, which he is.

I was only introduced to you last night as I read through latest HT magazine. Have to say I am very impressed, and influenced by what I read. Nice to meet you, sorta.

"Overgrow the Government" is right on. They owe the American people. How much is this new government bailout? How many billion? I don't know because I don't care. I feel like if they can throw me in jail for growing a plant I'm going to use on my own time to feel good and mostly play video games, what else is there to take? ... Oh no, not that.... please, not the internet!!

Sadly, it probably will be the internet next. Can't allow open communication and access of information so easily. People will only be distracted for so long before they actually learn something useful. Or worse, make up their own minds.

NOTE: As of October 7th, 2008, "Journeyman Pictures" in the UK had YouTube remove the "Prince of Pot" movie/account. Even though we had fair use for posting it online, the UK distributor of the DVD made a complaint and had the movie taken off of YouTube.

This is very disappointing because thousands of people watched the video on YouTube (34,000+) and shared it to spread the word about the extradition. The DVD is sold in the UK through Journeyman Pictures, and will be available for purchase and rental in North America soon. The details of that DVD release will be posted as soon as we know more.
